Triple Threat to headline The Rush for Gold!

jjfA combustible triple threat for the New Zealand Heavyweight Championship will headline The Rush for Gold on April 18!

After their contest ended in a no result back at Year of Conflict, Shaw and Fury will once again collide with the gold on the line, but now must contend with the explosive Jakob Cross. Cross was a major factor in the Year of Conflict contest, imposing his physicality late in the match which created a chaotic chain of events that led to the match being thrown out by the official.

Fury will know now that with Cross officially in the match, his New Zealand Heavyweight Championship is under threat not only by a man driven by heart and desire, but a merciless monster driven by violence. Continue Reading

In quick results from Year of Conflict; Pat Schisk & Elias defeated Dave O’Connor & Brook Duncan, Curt Chaos picked up a win over the debuting Brodie Coast, TnT & Britenay held onto their gold over The Pride, Travis Banks defeated Johnny Idol and the New Zealand Heavyweight Championship match between Fury and James Shaw ended in a No Contest due to outside interference.

After controversially not appearing in the main event at Nightmare B4 Xmas, Impact Pro Wrestling Director Daniel Burnell has announced that Travis Banks will return to action at Year of Conflict to battle Johnny Idol, plus history will be made on January 17 with the New Zealand Tag Team Championship & Women’s Championship on the line in the very same match!

Champions TnT and Britenay will put their respective titles on the line in this huge six person tag team match against The Pride. The Liger’s will have a chance to claim the Tag Team Championship by pinning either T.K Cooper or Lil T, while Ligress will become New Zealand Women’s Champion if she is successful in pinning Britenay!

A Nightmare end to 2014!

It was a brutal end to 2014 this past Saturday night at Nightmare B4 Xmas!

James Shaw overcame Jakob Cross to end 2014 on a high in one of the greatest Fans Bring the Weapon matches in history, and became the new number one contender for the New Zealand Heavyweight Championship in the process!

In other results, TnT ended their amazing year still New Zealand Tag Team Champions by outlasting the Tag Team Eliminator, Britenay picked up a DQ victory over Ligress, Carmen Rose defeated BFF and James Shaw defeated Taylor Adams earlier in the night to qualify for Fans Bring the Weapons.
