The Eliminator and the NZ Heavyweight Championship

The Eliminator! 20 Men will battle it out, but only one can win. The winner will receive a contract that allows him the right to a New Zealand Heavyweight Championship match anytime he wants, no matter where or when!

Curt Chaos has shown that having the contract can turn the New Zealand wrestling scene upside down in a matter of three seconds. Although ‘The Deal’ Dal Knox claimed victory in the 2015 Eliminator, he lost that contract later in the year to Curt Chaos in a ladder match. It was Chaos that eventually took advantage of the nature of the contract at Championship Carnage, and robbed James Shaw of the New Zealand Heavyweight Championship, after Shaw had just survived a Triple Threat match against The Dapper Agents.

But the reign of Chaos may already be at risk of ending, after the new GM Alfred Valentine named Reuben De Jong the new No.1 contender for Chaos’ newly obtained New Zealand Heavyweight Championship.

The 140kg giant, Reuben De Jong, made quick work of Curt Chaos in a singles match at the same event that Chaos became champion. But with the Championship advantage going to Curt, de Jong picking up the New Zealand Heavyweight Championship for a second time may not be as easy as some would hope.

Newcomer Franke looks for revenge

Megan-Kate made an enemy out of the debuting Franke Quinn by attacking both her and the current Women’s Champion Britenay with her prized purple friend at Championship Carnage.

Megan had promised both women that she would send a message to IPW and the fans, and she did that in dominant fashion.
Current NZ Women’s Champion Britenay will be keeping a close eye on this match, as both women are potential challengers for the women’s title.

Franke Quinn goes one on one with Megan-Kate!

Liam comes out of retirement to punch Burns in the face

It’s official! Liam Fury returns for one more match to deal to his former partner Mr. Burns, and The Young Nats!

No one knows Mr. Burns as well as Liam Fury, so who better to knock some sense into the Young Nats’ esteemed leader?
Will Liam show Mr. Burns the error of his ways? Or will Mr. Burns employ the help of his colleagues to tame the Fury?
